”Keep trying! Keep your voice intact!” This is my take away from the recent interview Nina Munteanu gave to Andreea Demirgian, both accomplished authors and members of the Immigrant Writers Association.
Andreea Demirgian is a children’s books author, published in seven languages in Europe and North America. She’s also as a broadcast journalist with a career spanning over 17 years, who recently interviewed some of the IWA members.
Nina Munteanu is a Canadian ecologist/limnologist and internationally published author of award-nominated speculative and eco-fiction novels, short stories and non-fiction. She is co-editor of Europa SF and served as acquisition and structural editor of several anthologies. Nina has taught writing since 2005 and currently lectures at George Brown College and the University of Toronto. She has been a writing coach and editor since 2005 and has worked with novice and established writers toward successful publication.“Water Is…”, Nina’s latest book is a scientific study and personal journey as a limnologist, mother, teacher, and environmentalist. “Water Is…” was recently picked by Margaret Atwood in the NY Times as her #1 choice in the 2016 “The Year in Reading”. https://ninamunteanu.me/
