We posed the same question to IWA members and this uplifting anthology is the result. Which shows, once again, that exposure to a multicultural environment awakens the spirit.
About the book
Reborn With Memories—an anthology by ten Canadian immigrant writers.
Weaving into a quilt of old and newer memories, ancestral pain and hope, Reborn With Memories is the fifth anthology published by the Immigrant Writers Association (IWA).
Reborn With Memories presents a delightful blend of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction contributed by ten IWA members. A captivating read, showcasing a rich diversity of ideas, writing styles, and cultural influences.
A son, fondly remembering his father’s legacy; a whole country fighting for its existence; a fictional community that keeps their history embedded on their skin; a story of personal spiritual development that triggered a ‘death experience,’ and many more. A literary enchantment coming from authors born in countries such as Bangladesh, Canada, India, Iran, RD-Congo, USA, Ukraine, and Romania.
This is the fifth anthology published by the Immigrant Writers Association (IWA), written by its members: Building Bridges (2019), Grow Together (2020), Moving Forward (2021), Finding the Way (2022), and Reborn With Memories (2023).
All proceeds from the anthology sales go to support IWA’s programs and its annual anthology.

- 7:00 pm – 8 pm: Book Launch (readings, draw, and other surprises).

After IWA’s Book Launch event there will be an after-party at a nearby restaurant in Toronto. All attendees are invited!
